    Hello VINCENT CHONG1,

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Thank you for your support and patience with us at Microsoft. Regarding the blue screen issue you are experiencing, I can understand your distress and frustration.

Based on the information you have provided, you are experiencing a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (0x133) blue screen error occurring on your system. This usually indicates that the system has detected that it has spent an inordinate amount of time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL or higher, which may be causing system performance issues. The fault code is 0x133, but the exact cause requires further analysis and investigation. It may be related to the graphics card driver.

In order to better help you solve the problem, we need further information and diagnostics. Can you tell me what you have already tried to resolve the blue screen issue? This will help us understand the steps you have already taken in order to provide you with more specific guidance.

nvlddmkm.sys is the core programme of the graphics card, check the current version of the graphics card driver and install the latest graphics card driver from the official website of the branded machine.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will continue to strive to provide you with the best support experience possible. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

    Best wishes

Lyla Liu - MSFT |Microsoft Community Support Specialist
