How can I change the Azure App Service timezone (Linux)? I have been trying to put WEBSITE_TIME_ZONE and America/Sao_Paulo, TZ and America/Sao_Paulo, but no success.

The plan is B1. I have been trying to put Brazilian timezone on Application settings, but the container no change the UTC time.
