Can't delete Azure AD Directory

Question

I want to delete Azure AD Directory. But it always shows I must delete all enterprise applications.

But there is nothing here!

What should I do?

First, Azure AD is part of 0365.

Goto Azure AD -> Click on App Registrations

Then, click on All Applications and see any pending Service Principals have remained. similarly, click on other tabs and do the same.
