When the laptop is blinking bios,no key is functioning

Every time I switch on my laptop, only Bio utility displays on the screen,carsor stop working,nor key button, until I press enter key! But after the bios disappear,the laptop stop working,even if you restart,it can't be restarted!

What is the exact make and model of the laptop.?

Press and hold the power button while in the power off state for around 30 secs. Power on again as normal. Does it still do the same thing?
Are there any messages about missing boot drive?
When was the last time it started normally. Was there an update or did anything happen to the laptop?
