What happened during boot?
Was MBR2GPT successful or was there an error message?
If it was successful then the drive will remain GPT.
If it had failed the drive will remain MBR.
Modifying the BIOS does not change the drive partition architecture.

If the computer cannot boot after BIOS setting changes then find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).
Find a working Windows computer.
Create a bootable Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 10 iso).
