I'm encountering an error when launching some apps. Are there any ways to fix it?

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Looks like some VC++ issue.

Open the Control Panel:

Click on the Start button.

Type appwiz.cpl and hit ENTER.

In the Programs and Features window, locate and uninstall all the components listed as Microsoft Visual C++ 2xxx Redistributable and uninstall them.

After reboot, use the VC++ AIO package to install the package which should resolve the issue:
