Hi team,
I hope someone can give me a hand on analysing what happened
My Omen laptop has been BSOD-ing for almost 2 years now without any clear reasons. I have taken them out to the shops so they can reinstall Windows 11 on it, analysed it through tests into the RAM, Battery, CPU/GPU but they said they couldn't see anything wrong about it. The common codes that normally appear are:
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA or DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
I have my Minidumps file here, wondering if anyone can have a look into it please!
Much thanks and have a nice day.

Thanks for the update.
The new dump file shows the problem with WD, which is a system component, so it could be that there is corruption in the system.
Please try to perform a system repair. Open PowerShell as administrator and enter the following command:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Hi Sakiko,
I have managed to perform all actions as required. The computer is working slightly better, but BSODs are still happening, just at a lower frequency. This time it's showing this error code SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.
Here is the minidumps file. Please check the latest uploaded file Minidumps
Thanks heaps!
Hello, I'm here to help.
The information you provided indicates that the Nvidia graphics driver is causing the crash.
This could be caused by a faulty graphics card or a corrupted driver, I would recommend uninstalling the graphics driver and then performing a system repair. Open PowerShell as administrator and enter the following command:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Then download the latest version of the driver from the device manufacturer's website and reinstall it.
