Windows cannot find task.vbs file?

I accidentally deleted the task.vbs file from documents and i end up getting popups from Windows script host saying its missing.

    When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

    In the filter box at the top of Autoruns, type this: vbs

    Please provide a screenshot of that Autoruns window,
