No. My account was hacked by my girlfriend several days ago. They had the evidence. A week before I was told my account was fine, one week later and I still have issues they won't address.

Greetings, Dee! My name is Arif, and I will assist you today.

I'm sorry to hear that your account was hacked. First and foremost, it's important to clarify that this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users like you, offering assistance to others. We don't work for Microsoft and have no access to any user accounts. Therefore, we're unable to initiate the process you're asking about.

To ensure I understand correctly, your account was hacked by your girlfriend, is that right?

If you still have access to your hacked account, check your account security settings to ensure all your details, such as your recovery email address and phone number, are correct.

Once you're certain that all your details are accurate, proceed to reset your account password and set up a stronger password. Follow the steps below:

    1. Please try to reset your account password first.
    2. Set up a strong password that is at least 12 characters long, but ideally 14 or more, and includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
    3. Check your account activity by logging into your account through a web browser, navigating to your profile, and clicking the "devices" tab. If you see any suspicious devices, remove them.
