I logged onto my laptop recently, and I noticed there was another account user (named "solafedu") I'm not sure how long it has been there, and I've removed it once, but now it's back again. I ran my antivirus software and it didnt detect anything, so I'm wondering if I should just factory reset my laptop? Or if this is even a problem?
