The original poster and myself are now getting emails about your problems.
And Computers older than 18 months prior to the release of 11 are not compatible with 11.

The Microsoft Store for Windows 8.1 closed for 8.1 when support for 8.1 ended in Jan last year.
Nothing can be done about that.
