I am afraid the only option is to wait, as per Microsoft. If you have a Gaming PC, consider switching to a Retail Build as Canary is the most unstable version.
Issues Updating
I'm having issues with Windows Update. I've tried multiple solutions with no effect.
Windows 11 Insider Preview 26200.5001 (ge_prerelease)
Install error - 0xc1900101
I've ran SetupDiag and this is the output,
Error: SetupDiag reports Migration Gather/Apply operation failure.
Last Phase: Finalize
Last Operation: Remove System Restore checkpoints
Migration Operation: apply
Migration Obejct: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Control Panel\DeviceRegion[DeviceRegion]
Error: 5
Recommend you move or delete the object specified "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Control Panel\DeviceRegion[DeviceRegion]" and try the update again.

2024-04-29T18:41:40+00:00 I have an ISO of build 26200.5001 but was hoping to not need to clean install due to reinstall times of games...
I assume there's no work arounds? I've tried removing that registry key but it comes back upon reboot.

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
Pre-release Builds will have issues like this, especially in the Canary Channel. You are recommended to wait or do a clean install.
https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2024/...
[IMPORTANT NOTE] We are investigating reports that some Windows Insiders in the Canary and Dev Channels are stuck on Build 26040 or Build 23620. The investigation is ongoing, however if you are impacted by this and really want to get onto the latest build in the Canary or Dev Channel today – you can download the latest ISO here and do a clean install and opt your device back into flighting in the Canary or Dev Channels.
Hope that helps, and rely on us for any further inquiries. All the best.
