This device cannot start. (Code 10) A request for the HID descriptor failed. (ASUS Touchpad)

I can not reactivate my touchpad.

FA706IH is the model no.

Things I Have tried

-Uninstalling and reinstalling driver

-Updating Driver

-Disabling and Reenabling driver

-Updating Windows

-Resetting BIOS

Please help.

    May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?

    Please check and follow the steps below:

    1. Please try to manually install the ASUS Precision TouchPad Driver from the link below:

    Please restart and check if the issue persists.

    1. Kindly try to perform a System Restore

    Note: System Restore will not delete your personal files, but it will uninstall apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was created.
