PC powers itself on

Recently my dell inspiron 3525 started turning itself on if I shut id down via start menu or put it into hibernation, only option seems to be the force shutdown (hold power button ~10 seconds). I tried everything including disabling wake timers, restricting devices that can wake the pc but nothing seems to work. Only strange thing I see is this event that occurs when laptop turns on:

The system session has transitioned from 25 to 27.

Reason WinRT

BootId: 68

This occurs right after this even:

The system is exiting Modern Standby

Reason: Resume from Hibernate.

When I was intentially turning the pc on it said the reason was Lid not WinRT. Any Ideas what can I do to stop this behaviour?

Thought of Dell support specific to your tag# and updateing both bios and drivers?

    Or even Dell diagnostics?

    Run Dell Command Update?

By default, win 11 update auto updates only critical win updates, and nothing else unless you have made the mistake of selecting the "Get latest updates" option, and if you have turn it off. (It includes drivers)

You obtain both Bios & Drivers updates from the PC Maker, there should be a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility, and no other source.

Then set Bios to Defaults & Pwr to balanced.

At the end of the day shutdown, do NOT leave in sleep
