instance can not restart after reboot

For my machine learning computation instances.
It errored
Operating system disk has run out of disk space. Clear at least 5 GB disk space on OS disk (/dev/sda1/ filesystem mounted on /) through the terminal by removing files/folders, and then do sudo reboot. You can check available disk space by running df -h. For more details refer to https://aka.ms/cidiskfull
The VM disk is full. Delete jobs, tasks, or files on the node to free up space and then reboot the node.
After I clean the disk, I do sudo reboot in the terminal. unfortunately, the instance still error the above error message and I can not access to the terminal anymore.

And the VM is marked as : Unusable (in ML.Azure.com and under compute). when i select the particular VM that is marked as unusable i get below error msg @ the top of the screen
