Windows 10 appears every time you start explorer.exe with an exclamation mark.

What have you already done:

I started sfc DISM, the errors have been fixed.

In the registry "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows", there was no Load tab

I 'm adjusting it .ARN file https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/fafg05y7atpqxrc9p9d6p/KSAAN.arn?rlkey=7uruclytdqlkmpfrhh4ecbaqb&dl=0

    Hi Ksaan,

Thank you for getting back to us.

To avoid misunderstandings, we would like to confirm some further information with you.

Was the original Explorer.EXE related issue resolved by running the In-place install?

    Best Regards,

    Hi Ksaan,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

The device seems to be experiencing File Explorer related component anomalies, which can be related to a variety of factors, such as interference from third party programs or other underlying system component anomalies.

Would you mind sharing more information about this issue with us?

    • Is the problem a recent phenomenon? Or has it existed for a long time?
    • Were there any special events in the device before the problem occurred? For example, system update, driver update, application update, BIOS update?
    • Is the situation the same in Safe Mode? Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support
    • Is it the same with a new local account? Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support
    • If possible, is the situation the same after performing an "In-place Upgrade" using a Windows system image?
Disclaimer*: Please back up all your important data before performing it.*
In-place install Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so. Once you are done backing up, you can follow the steps in the following guides:  How to perform an In-place Upgrade with Windows 10 Step-by-Step Guide - Microsoft Community

If I misunderstand your situation, feel free to correct me and share the information.

    Best Regards,
