I have no windows hello pin set up. When I click Add, it asks me the pin of my outlook profile but I never set one to begin with.

The first picture is to show I have no pin and the second that it asks me a pin for my windows account -

It is asking the password of your Microsoft Account - please enter the same and setup the PIN. It will not ask your password again.
