Can't create a pin

I have no windows hello pin set up. When I click Add, it asks me the pin of my outlook profile but I never set one to begin with.

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows Hello, lock screen and sign-in

    It seems like you are running another account on the machine.

    Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type netplwiz

    Press Enter.

    Take a screenshot, and post in the next reply.

    The first picture is to show I have no pin and the second that it asks me a pin for my windows account

    No I already entered the password of my outlook account then it asks me the pin for this Microsoft account but I have none.

    Hi,

    I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

    It is asking the password of your Microsoft Account - please enter the same and setup the PIN. It will not ask your password again.
