MS Defender video problem

When running MS Defender Offline Scan the video is badly distored and only  bliinks on for about a second, 

then the screen goes blank for several seconds, then it repeats (distorted video - no video-.distorted video - no video-etc.) This only happens with Offline scans all otherwise videos is fine. Any suggestions?

    Hi RO, Sorry for the long delay in responding but s--t happens.

    Beside being distorted when running Bitdefender Offline the Dell logo is distorted starting up during a system RESTART. The logo is not distorted when starting after a SHUT DOWN.

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?

    Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

    2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

    And a screenshot of the version of the graphics driver installed:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

    2-Click to expand the Display adapters

    3-Right-click on the graphics driver and click on properties

    4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab
