Windows update issue

I downloaded the latest windows update which sent me to the bit locker screen. I entered my code followed instructions and tried to Uninstaller the feature update. It would not let me uninstall. It keeps sending me back to the bitlocker prompt.

    However, you can have your service person try to go into safe mode to uninstall Norton to try to fix these issues.

    Thanks Shawn. I tried that but it wouldn't let me delete the feature update. Just the quality one.

    I have decided to take it to one of the local techs to see what be done.

    Strangely enough all this happened after a Norton live update, not a windows update as I had previously stated. My apologies, not if I could just get norton to accept responsibility....

    If you didn't report an error after trying to enter the BITLOCKER repair key, then the good news key itself may not be the problem.

    You can try forcing a reboot three times, go to Advanced Options - Troubleshooting - and choose to uninstall the most recent Quality and Functional updates. Then try rebooting the system.

    Regarding your issue, it is recommended that you log in to the following website and try to retrieve your BITLOCKER key and then try to re-enter the operating system.
