Cannot upload ECDSA certificate with 500 error

Starting this month, I'm getting a 500 error when uploading my ECDSA certificate.

I am developing Let's Encrypt automatic certificate renewal tool for App Service. I've been reporting 500 errors since this month.

ECDSA certificate is issued using Let's Encrypt. It is exported with password as PFX using X509Certificate2 of .NET Core.

I will get an error in App Service, but I can upload successfully to Key Vault.
