Cannot delete MS Edge after the DMA changes

The DMA changes should be out, but I still cant delete MS Edge, if KB5001716 should be the DMA update, then its a program on Add or Remove programs. What should I do so it updates?

    Have you recently downloaded the update KB5001716?

    If you have downloaded it recently, there are some changes that need to be pushed.

    So please be patient and wait a bit.

    DMA is the eu law, what said that microsoft has to allow people to uninstall apps. I have installed all the updates, but i still cant delete it.
