Screen Flickering when Using Mouse

Hello,

My HP computer has been flickering when I use my mouse - both the hand mouse and the touch mouse. If I use the touch screen it is fine. I have taken it into a small town shop, first time they couldn't replicate the issue (???) and the second time they said it was outdated drivers so they supposedly fixed it. I got it back and the first time I used it, it was fine. But from the second point forward it does it when I am using a mouse. Any suggestions?? The computer person told me they "suggest I replace the hp." Helpful...

PS. I have no idea what Windows Version I am using. How do I tell this?

    Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. What is the model of your laptop?

    Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

    2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

    And a screenshot of the version of the graphics driver installed:

    1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

    2-Click to expand the Display adapters

    3-Right-click on the graphics driver and click on properties

    4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab
