Yes, Dell says everything is up to date. I am currently installing new chipset drivers, but nothing has helped yet. I cannot leave my computer shut down as I need remote access to it in case something happens.
ntoskrnl.exe causing high cpu usage after start
ntoskrnl.exe is causing high CPU usage right after the computer is started.
After the computer is started, ntoskrnl.exe is causing my CPU usage to be around 20% at all times.
Does anyone know how to fix the stated problem?

2024-03-15T09:19:29+00:00 Have you run the Dell update via thier support site for your Tag#?
And even Dell Diagnostics?
Havein said that the likely cause is this
By default, win 11 update auto updates only critical win updates, and nothing else unless you have made the mistake of selecting the "Get latest updates" option, and if you have turn it off. (It includes drivers)
You obtain both Bios & Drivers updates from the PC Maker, there should be a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility, and no other source.
Then set Bios to Defaults & Pwr to balanced.
At the end of the day shutdown, do NOT leave in sleep
