Error Code error code 80192EE7 O365

I have a business account and have previously setup 5 devices with an O365 account, I have sold/ no longer use 3 of them and am looking to use one of my licences on a new (6th but would be 3rd active) computer under this user.

I went to the O365 activations list and removed the old computers there, but the computers were never registered in intune.

I am getting this error when I try to login.

I can not log out of the previous computers as they have been reimaged or broken.

How can I release the old licenses so that I can reuse them on the new machine?

    Got it to work by unassigning the license and reassigning it.

    i have got the same issue and my IT Administrator does not know the solution...

    Can you please describe in more detail where exactly you unassigning the license and reassigning it?
