Need Help Installing Bluetooth Drivers

I just bought a refurbished Dell XPS 9550 with windows 11 already preloaded onto it. My bluetooth does not work, and after doing some digging, I found that it was because Dell hasnt released any compatible drivers for windows 11 for my device. I looked around their help website and found that I could download and install their windows 10 bluetooth drivers. My main issues:

They have multiple bluetooth drivers and I want to be sure I download the correct one. Also, I would like to know if this would even be worth trying, and if not, should I just revert the OS back to windows 10?

    Hi! ,Aaron Ford1

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I have realized that you don't confirm which version of the bluetooth driver should to download and whether you should reinstall windows 10 in your refurbished Dell XPS 9550.

I want to confirm that the specific model of laptop is Dell XPS 15 9550?This laptop was released in 2015 and it is currently discontinued.

The result of my query is that “The Microsoft requirements for Windows 11 are not supported on this device“

here is the official website:Support for XPS 15 9550 | Drivers & Downloads | Dell US.

I found that Dell XPS 15 9550's Bluetooth driver is only supported on Windows 10,you may try to contact Dell Technical Support to

confirm whether they can provide a Bluetooth driver that is compatible with your laptop.
