Yes, please download whatever latest version drivers are available and install it. From the picture, it seems like it is missing the wlan/wifi drivers. This should resolve your issue. Let me know how it goes.
Internet Not Connected
Hi Brains Trust,
I'm using Windows 11 on a HP Envy x360 Laptop (brand new). This morning I woke up to no internet connection. The software has completely disappeared off my computer. I'm running Windows 11 Home version 23H2. I've tried resetting to factory settings. What driver do I need to reinstall to regain my internet connection?
Thanks in Advance

2024-03-07T05:38:09+00:00 Hi Sonya,
I am an Independent Advisor and fellow Microsoft user.
In Device Manager > Network adapters, do you see any item with the word wifi, wireless or wlan? If so, what's the full name?
Otherwise, go to your device manufacturer's official support website to look for driver download, find your specific model there and download the wifi adapter driver, then install it. see if it brings back the wifi option.
If you need help finding the driver, please hold down Windows + R keys, type in msinfo32.exe and hit enter. Then share a screenshot of the System Information window.
Hope this helps!
