Error with linking accounts

Question

I get an error when i try to link a work account to my personal microsoft acocunt. In this case when i want to be able to use a discount code for an exam.

How can this be fixed?

Linking Microsoft accounts is no longer possible, see:

What you could do instead is to create an alias and logon with that alias:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12407/microsoft-account-change-email-phone-number
