Hi, Gachibass Bogdan
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
We understand that you are experiencing problems with the Microsoft Store reporting errors, and given that you have already taken a number of steps that have not been effective, we suggest that you try repairing your system first
- Run the SFC and DISM tools: Corrupt system files can cause a variety of problems, including problems with the Microsoft Store. Run the System File Checker (SFC) and Deployment Image Service and Management (DISM) tools to repair the Windows image and fix any corrupted system files. Open a command prompt as an administrator and run the following commands:
First, run the SFC command:
sfc /scannow
Then, run the DISM command:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
This issue may also be network related, you can try the following web related steps:
- Try to reset the network
Right-click on the start menu ---- "Windows PowerShell (Administrator)" and type (please note that you need to press Enter after each line):
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
Reboot the device directly after execution
- Modify DNS:
- Right-click the network connection icon and select "Open Network and Sharing Center".
- Click the name of the network you are now connected to, open the Network Status window, click "Properties", and double click "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4)" in the Network Properties window.
- Manually set the DNS servers to "4.2.2.1" and "4.2.2.2", click OK.
- Tap windows+R key, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Advanced, and check "Use SSL 3.0", "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1", "Use TLS 1.2".
After implementing the above program, please reboot the device.
I hope these can help you!
Sincerely
