Startup crashing

Question

Windows 11 on my pc. Every time I power it on it crashes to a grey screen on start up. Can’t change ssd because I can’t install windows on a new ssd if I can’t start up my pc. I can’t factory reset. Nothing in troubleshoot is working. Command prompt said it had found corrupted files but wasn’t able to repair them. I don’t know what to do.

• Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue. Observing Windows in safe mode enables you to narrow down the source of a problem, and can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC. • Use Startup Repair: If your PC is unable to boot into Safe Mode, you can try using Startup Repair to fix the issue. To do this, go to the Troubleshoot menu and select Advanced options > Startup Repair.
• Perform a Repair Install: If none of the above steps work, you can try performing a repair install of Windows 11. This will reinstall Windows while keeping your files and applications intact.
