Windows 11 factory reset problem - computer destroyed

My computer is currently destroyed because I tried to factory reset Windows 11. I get a blue screen with a ridiculous sideways emoji informing me that my device "ran into a problem and needs to restart" It tells me the issue is due to mfehidk.sys "kmode exception not handled" My computer is perpetually restarting with the same message. Why is the Windows experience so terrible and glitchy in the year 2024? Why can't Microsoft make products that function properly?

I assume you have no ethernet cable so you will need to the Lenovo website to download their driver. (on another PC)

To be able to continue you will need to sign-in with a local account instead of the Microsoft account. The following link explains how. How to Install Windows 11 Without a Microsoft Account | Tom's Hardware (tomshardware.com)

The licence is held in the bios supplied by the manufacturer. Or the activation status is held on Microsoft activation servers. You don't need to know the key it will activate automatically once the installation is complete.

Like I said in the previous post the instructions to create the boot media are on their website.

What is the make and model of the computer.? You will need access to another windows PC though to use the creation tool.

Your only option now is to clean install windows. Do you have a backup of your personal files?

To create your own Windows 11 install media Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) instructions to create the USB are on the website.

Once you have the installation USB then boot from it and select Language > Install now > Custom install. At custom install delete all existing windows partitions then with just unallocated space select Next. Follow the onscreen instructions until you reach the Windows 1 desktop.
