Hello.
I think you solved my problem. And I totally forgot to check it. The cable.
I got a 1.4 hdmi… it was bought when i used an old tv, so it wasn’t even important for me then.
I’ll buy a new one then 😂
Best regards, Maciej

Hello.
I recently purchased a Samsung Q60C tv. this is a 60hz screen.
I hooked it up to my pc like my last tv (second screen). But im not able to get better fps than 30.
When the PC is disconnected, i can put the game mode on on the tv and it goes to 50 automatically, when i plug it in, it goes back to 30.
So that is clearly a PC Issue. RTX 3080 and Intel 12700K on board.
I read something about turning off the VRR. Im unable to do that. I got no option do it, so i hope it is not necessary.
I need help guys
best regards, Maciej

Hello Maciej Pałdyna.
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Regarding to your information I assume that you have some fresh rating issues.
Have you checked your cables? Please make sure you are using an HDMI 2.0 specification cable and that it is connected to the output
port of your computer's dedicated graphics card.
Try adjusting the refresh rate again and also consider contacting Samsung to inquire if there are any specific features that need to be enabled.
Additionally, check in the Nvidia Control Panel to see if you can create a configuration for a 4K 60Hz refresh rate.
If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
