Question

where can I download the intel(R) 82801g (ich7 family) usb2 enhanced host controller 27cc driver version 9.1.9.1006 as norton is informing me that I need. I looked on the web and cannot see where I can download it from for free.

I have been on the intel site and it is very confusing.

The others it say I need are:

intel(R) 82801gb/gr/gh (ich7 family) serial ata storage controller 27c0 version 6.3.9600.16384

plc controller version 9.1.9.1005

and relatek pcie cbe family controller version 10.69.1121.2023

These drivers must be downloaded from the computer/motherboard manufacturer's website.

Do you have any devices with a warning sign in Device Manager?

• Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager".

Send a screenshot of your system information.

• Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.
  Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

________________________________ For clarification purposes: I suggest not using third-party software to update your computer's drivers. This type of software causes more problems than it helps. Often ends up installing an incompatible driver.
