Bluescreen while Typing

I have been having an issue with blue screens happening randomly, but seemingly always as I'm typing.

In fact I was typing this question a few minutes ago when it happened again (minidumps in the link below).

I have an Origin PC EON-15X Laptop I bought new in 2020. It came with windows 10 and I upgraded to windows 11.

The bluescreen is a driver irql_less_or_not_equal

Additional Info:

  • This laptop requires Control Center 3.0 to control the rgb keyboard and fan speed curves It has some keyboard shortcuts if that's relevant, the crash occurs while i'm typing, not using hotkeys

    Hi Jake,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Please use driver verifier to gather additional information. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/244617...

Run verifier /standard /all /bootmode resetonbootfail command, reboot PC and use it as usual (it will be slower). If blue screen happens please share memory dumps to OneDrive for analysis.

And seems your BIOS is too old for Windows 11. Please check for updates.
