Hi,

I have been trying to update my Windows drivers, but it doesn't seem to work.

The specific updates I'm talking about and providing the codes for are:

  • KB5033052
  • KB5007289

I'm attempting to update to Windows 10, version 22H2.

I have already tried troubleshooting, which didn't show any issues.

I have also tried the Winver command prompt.

Hope this can get resolved.

The following procedure should resolve the issue.

    • Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro of Sysnative forums) and save this to your Desktop.
    • Download the file, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
    • On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
    • Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.  [See illustration image]
    • SFCFix will now process the script.
    • Restart Windows when prompted.
    • Upload the output file SFCFix.txt to your OneDrive.

Attempt to install the updates now.

Please upload your CBS logs to OneDrive and share the link here.

    • c:\windows\logs\cbs\                   <= Zip and upload all files in this folder.
