Why does my computer randomly shut itself down strictly during gaming?

I have had my PC for about 3 years now, during some of those years recently I'd say maybe 2 almost, my PC has experienced random shut downs during gaming, it happened in roblox which isn't that heavy for the specs I'm using. I have a ryzen 3 3200g with 16gb of ram. My mother board is a X300M-STX. I have tested both the power supply and temps and neither of those are the cause of the issue. Before I buy more components I wanted to ask real experts to see how common this problem is. Sometimes it randomly restarts itself instead of shut down fully. When I say random it's just completely out of no where. Sometimes I am able to play for weeks without it happening, but now it shuts off if I even try to run a game for like 5 minutes. Another thing to keep in mind is that my specs aren't the newest but my pc easily runs most games with great fps and no lag spikes (at least the ones I play) so if it is running well but still does this, there has to be some type of weird problem going on.

Hope you can figure this out, thank you.

    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Please check system journal (Event Viewer) for possible errors at these moments, especially Kernel-Power errors. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.

Or save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.

I think disabling c-states might've fixed my issue, its silly how easy this was. I'll keep you notified, does this mess up my computer in any way while gaming ect..?

I am very sure that it's not a power supply issue, I had bought a new one to replace the old one and the problem still occurs, can you give me a better walkthrough of what to do if its motherboard related ect..

Also since my pc shuts down unexpectedly what are some things I should do within windows to make sure that its clean.

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supplying. Can you replace power supply unit for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

And you may try to turn off all CPU power saving modes in BIOS (different C states) to check if the problem is in motherboard.

    See some details at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client...

Yes, I do have a couple Kernel-Power errors from this happening. I have checked in the "Event Viewer"

    What next Igor?
