Hi I have vinyl cutter/plotter 1351 that uses signcut master and can’t seem to connect the driver as it shows 1628 error meaning it won’t install the driver software on my windows 11 Lenovo laptop, what should I do to get to work cause upon research it works proper on windows 7, so should I go back to windows 7? How can I make it work on my PC

Go to the support page for that vinyl cutter on the manufacturers website and check the available drivers they provide, what version(s) of Windows do they indicate the drivers are supported on?

If the developer recommends Windows 7 and does not provide drivers for Windows 11, then that device will not work correctly on Windows 11, you cannot install Windows 7 on a device that came pre-installed with Windows 11, do you have any old PC you can connect the Vinyl Cutter up to?
