BSOD with DRIVER_FAULTED_SYSTEM_COMMAND error

Hello, recently my system has crashed and reset by itself whenever I run a game named Fortnite (I want to say this game's name out because so far it is the only application that causes this issue). This is the link to the memory dump file associated with the crash https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IUCfcQtTzWsnupsCBa0OO-cPdCg_cWzk/view?usp=sharing

So far, I have tried to:

-Update and Rollback to different graphic drivers (including the newest version).

-Run command prompt:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth sfc /scannow

-Full system scan for viruses-None

-Redownload the application

And nothing can fix the problem. I would very appreciate to get helps on this issue.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing the DMP file you have, there is an error in nvlddmkm.sys, which is your Nvidia graphics card driver, for us to fix the issue kindly follow the steps below:

We need to run a Clean installation of the Nvidia driver, this is different from doing DDU or updating the driver as this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Additional note: If the issue persists, I suggest removing the GPU and placing it into another PCIe port available, however, if all fails, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard
