14900k CPU

z790 dark hero Mobo

4x16 6400 RAM

4070ti GPU

1000w PSU

Had a nice running pc and then the issues started. Formatted SSD’s to start from a clean slate but can progress. Can’t seem to get a clean install of Win10 or 11. Both through the install media USB’s and the OEM Win10 & 11 usbs make me us the command - oobe\bypassnro - because no internet connections pop up and won’t show the ‘I don’t have internet’ button if I can get to that step. Now it’s showing Error code: 0xC0000005 off a fresh Win10 install. I’ve swapped the ssd’s and ram yet still get the same errors. Help :(

    Hi, Derrick D.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that the error code 0xC0000005 you encounter during Windows 10 installation is usually associated with an access conflict error. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including hardware issues, damaged installation media, or compatibility issues. By what means did you obtain your installation media? With the information you have provided, we can figure out that the problem should be related to the presence of drivers or programs on your computer that are not compatible with your system. First of all, we suggest that you try to initialize your motherboard settings, and then you can try to use our method to recreate a system installation media. You will need to use another computer with an internet connection, if you want to install Windows 10, visit this website: Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com); if you want to install Windows 11, you can visit this website Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com). For detailed steps on how to install it, you can refer to this video: Video Player (microsoft.com)

Hope that could help you! If you have any question, please feel free to contact us!

    Sincerely

Nicholas | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
