Missing taskbar and loading problems

Hello,

When I opened my computer yesterday, the taskbar was missing and I started having loading problems - rendering my computer (Dell Inspiron) unusable.

I tried many of the solutions offered online, such as rebooting, restarting the windows explorer using the task manager, and even rebooting the computer to the latest backup.

It is worth mentioning that I remember my windows 11 was updated a few days ago, but the problem didn't appear right away.

I'll be thankful for every suggestion.

    Hi John,

Thank you very much for your response. I tried the first one you suggested, but unfortunately the problem remains.

The second suggestion - restoring the system - is something I tried yesterday (without success). After having done that, I can no longer restore the system to a previous version, but only cancel the system restoration I already performed. I did that, which made the performance problems somewhat better, but the missing taskbar problem remains.

I'd be thankful for any further suggestions, and I wish to thank you again for your effort and kind response.
