Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
That error is definitely caused by the Adobe creative cloud apps, including Adobe Reader, please check that all Adobe software is uninstalled, then restart (not shut down) your PC to apply that change.

Every time I log in to my computer, this issue message pops up on my screen. I deleted any Adobe apps on my laptop, as per another post I saw, but the issue is still there. My laptop has become slow recently, and I am unsure if it is due to this error, but I would like some support as soon as possible. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hello Dave, I have removed all adobe apps I found in my laptop and the issue is still there.
Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

When the file downloads, unzip it.
Run Autoruns64 as Administrator
In the filter box at the top of Autoruns, type this: adobe
Please provide a screenshot of that Autoruns window,
