Visual Basic Command Line Compiler(vbc) is consuming100% of my CPU while Computer starts

Hi Community!

When I turn on my PC, the Visual Basic Command Line Compiler (vbc) immediately consumes 100% CPU, and I'm unsure why this issue is occurring. I've already scanned for malware and viruses using Windows Defender, but no threats were found.
As a developer, I frequently use Visual Studio, Unity3d etc. and I've also configured some Crypto Nodes for OverProtocol.
However, in my current scenario, no applications are open yet; the CPU usage spikes right after booting up the computer.

I've attached my AutoRuns logs for reference.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

Download Malwarebytes Antimalware, run a scan, and eliminate every malware it finds.

If the problem persists, do the following:

Please run the Farbar Scanner and share your logs.

(How-To: Share OneDrive files and folders - Microsoft Support)

Note: If Microsoft Edge or Chrome mislabels the Farbar Scanner executable as PUA/malware, choose to keep it by tapping … in the bottom bar, choosing Keep, and then choosing Keep anyway in the dialog that appears.
