BSOD DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Windows 11

Hello,

I am desperate to figure out what is causing BSOD on my PC. It crashes unexpectedly and I sometimes get a stop code:

DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER or IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

More often than not I don't get a stop code. It will take me 3 or 4 reboots to get my pc to run stable, but will crash again unexpectedly. It seems to crash when trying to do complex tasks, or gaming.

All of my drivers are updated, I've run virus checks, and reinstalled windows but the problem persists. I'm concerned its either a hardware issue or something deeper that's way over my head. Any kind of help is appreciated!
