I keep getting taskrun.vbs error code 800A0400 after startup on windows

Error code 800A0400 always pops up after startup. Not sure what is the problem. I hope someone can help.

    When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

    In the Filter box at the top of Autoruns, type this; vbs

    Please provide a screenshot of that Autoruns window,
