Leftover partitions

I have a problem with a leftover reserved partition and recovery partition. They are left after new system installation in a new disk.
Both leftover partition are on the disk 0 and a new system is installed on the disk 3.
I don't know if it will be all right to use diskpart to completely clean disk 0. Will some functionality of system be lost, because of this.
