Whenever windows explorer restart (crash or manual reboot) the windows setup window briefly appear

By windows setup i mean the thing that appear just after you install window, like setting up onedrive and things

i installed windows on this pc 2 weeks ago so its' starting to get worrying

Reinstalling windows is NOT an option, i spent the last two weeks re setting up everything i had on my old pc and i am quite annoyed

The setup appearing isn't really a big deal but if i could get rid of it it would be nice

Well my windows was completely reset, but no "file" were destroyed, Some apps were uninstalled but not all so that's a plus

At least the OOBE doesn't show up now

So i guess fixed but with a price to pay

    Hello, Oshida.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    I have some ideas.

According to your description, I guess the interface you saw may be the OOBE interface.

I suggest you try to reconfigure the contents of OOBE.

Win+R to open Run->Enter Sysprep to confirm->Double-click to run sysperp.exe->Select Enter OOBE and check General->Click OK to restart the system.

Check if it returns to normal after the configuration is completed.

If I misunderstood, please correct me.

    Upload relevant pictures.

If there are any updates, please feel free to reply.

    Best regards.
