Autoruns virus total shows MOST microsoft files as NOT SIGNED on BOTH my computers (EXTREMELY desperate for help)

Question

Notice the strange differences in verification?
From Microsoft corp
To (verified)
To Microsoft Windows (verified)
And then the files that DO have valid signatures according to virus total all display MICROSOFT CORPORATIONS (verified) as i see on literally every other autoruns screenshot.
(NO microsoft files have digital signature besides the ones that have Microsoft Corporations (verified) up until this image) (according to virus total))

The files that show (verified) microsoft windows publisher are also signed according to virus total but i dont think windows defenders is of much help if my entire system registry was created by an individual with malicious intent.

Here is the strange same phenomenom on my lenovo desktop (NOTE THAT ITS CALLED DESKTOP DUE TO ME HAVING RECENTLY RESET IT BECAUSE IT WOULDNT UPDATE PROPERLY)

Here you can see the strange date of 7-12-2019 on my laptop on the exact same spots as on my desktop (which is the one called bullet not DESKTOP , that is my laptop)
Note that cmd exe on alternate shell is excluded because i had deleted it but sfs system restore or powershell restorehealth did NOT restore it. ( or not on this position i wouldnt know)

Virus total also shows that the 75 anti viruses used by them detect nothing malicious.
What i find strange is that autoruns shows the verified section as verified Microsoft Windows instead of verified Microsoft Corporation which only edge and teams have.
What i find even more strange is that on allot of files you can find the exact same date on both computers for creation on some which is then always 12 december 2019 11:15 am (yes to the exact hour and minute).

I used to have a trojan for a while on my desktop at the end of 2019 but i had reset my pc in the begining of 2020 (via windows media usb, formated all partitions) so id be baffled if it somehow got on my laptop and still remained on this desktop.

I deleted my command prompt on the alternate shell section accidentally(on my desktop) (although it might be faulty) and after a system repair with powershell and the comand prompt its still not back on the start of autoruns.
Ive been asking questions about this thing on many forums in many different ways because i never knew how/what to ask but i hope iam on the right track posting here so i hope someone can help me because im mentally destroyed from a week of maleware and reperation trial and error and research, constantly going from oh theres 0 things wrong to yes people have been tracking everything about you for 1,5 years and you cant stop it........

It's not your PC.
The bug stated in 13.100
With a backup of 13.98 I have, I can see no issues.
