Resource Groups are EMPTY for all the AI lessons in MSLearn

Question

I have been attempting to complete the AI learning challenge. Starting with the Create Bot lesson and then Cognitive Vision services lesson, I can't create resources as the Resource groups lists are empty. I type in the names in the lessons and that doesn't work.

I click the link to the Azure portal and I go to the one I created ... and it exists. But it can't find anything (like mslearn-faceapi) to complete the lessons.
