That is not BIOS you are in, that is just a boot manager, if you press F8 on that screen does the PC go into BIOS

The problem you have is Windows 11 is not installed correctly, it is in Legacy BIOS Mode and that means your drive has an MBR partition style, and if you change BIOS to UEFI Windows will not start.

Really the only way you will solve this problem is to backup all your files, create a bootable USB and use that to clean install Windows in UEFI format and at the beginning of the installation, format the drive and convert it to GPT.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

If your Windows is installed in Legacy BIOS Mode, you cannot change BIOS from Legacy to UEFI, Windows will not boot up, because your drive will have an MBR partition style and UEFI requires a drive with a GPT partition style.

If you have Windows 11 installed, what method did you use to install that if your BIOS is in Legacy BIOS Mode?

    2

Why are you now trying to convert your BIOS from Legacy to UEFI?
