Transfer Office 365 Personal to Family

Question

I have an Office 365 personal account, and my wife recently subscribed to the Office 365 family account. How do I transfer my personal account to the family account? When using the link in the invitation email, I get to pages that will allow me to upgrade, but not transfer to an existing family account.
My Office 365 personal subscription expires on July 20, 2020.
