I bought this used PC, and it keeps crashing, especially when Im Gaiming Valorant / pubg etc . It often gives me a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Or Just balcks out straig up and sometimes freezes for a while then restarts . All my drivers are recent ,The crashes happens like 1-2 times a day, sometimes stopping for a few days but then coming back. I've tried running multiple driver checkers and hardware diagnostics and updated bios/chipset but they don't find any errors.

Here's my recent dump file : 032824-9687-01.dmp

My PC Specs :

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650GE clocked at 3.89 GHz

Motherboard: ASRock A520M-HVS

Memory: Kingstone 16x2 GB total DDR4

Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 6600M

Hard Drive: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250GB & Harddrive ST500DM002-1BD142 of 500 GB SATA III

Memory compatibility list is here, https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/A520M-HVS/index.r...

Did you try to increase RAM voltage?

    Dump points to hardware.

These two dumps do not point to AuthenticAMD.sys so the problem is not related with this file. The last dump points to hardware: MODULE_NAME: hardware

Please note, ANY memory test is very partial, the full test requires millions of years. And stress tests cannot reveal problems that occur in transient modes.

Did you check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model?

    Try to increase RAM voltage.

Try to update or uninstall (just for a test) Vanguard anti-cheat and any other anti-cheat you may have.

    Hey igor ,

I have already ran the Memory dignostic , it took around 4 h for each ram stick , i have 2 , and it was perfectly fine , and i see online that AuthenticAMD.sys has to do with my CPU, in Device manger , when i check drivers for my CPU it says there from 2009 but i also checked that this is normal , i have update the bios , Chipset , gpu etc.

I have been getting multiple BSOD like : IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on this dumpfile : 032724-10250-01.dmp

                                                               : KMODE\_EXCEPTION\_NOT\_HANDLED on this dumpfile : [032824-9687-01.dmp](https://1drv.ms/u/s!AkyaAQI0xAxwgsgf5i482hAn2oI2Bg?e=7jhbgD "1drv.ms")

Those two are also very recent but before the last one i send you , i have also put the device on a Stresstest On GPU/CPU/MEM/SSD for around 8 hours , the CPU / GPU were running at 100% the Pc was lagging but tempertures were normal around 70-75°C But no crashes Happend during the Stresstest using AIDA64 , i also have the startup turned off, and Power is on balanced mode , i have tried alot of hardware dignoses mehtod all showed no issues in hardware , if you have any other also feel free to share.

    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Dump points to memory access violation.

    First of all, disable overclocking.

    Please update all anti-cheats.

Run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts (F1 key). Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 3-5 hours means memory error too.

Turn off XMP mode in BIOS if it is turned on.

And if your PC is locally assembled, please check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model.
